Attorney Angela D. Williams
Angela is an Associate Attorney in Spicer Rudstrom’s Nashville office, where her focus is litigation.
Angela is a Memphis native, that left home to attend and earn her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Middle Tennessee State University. Thereafter, Angela returned to Memphis, TN where she obtained her J.D. from University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During her law school career, Angela served as the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board, was a National Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Champion, was elected to President of the Black Law Students Association and recipient of several oral advocacy awards.
Prior to joining Spicer Rudstrom, Angela served as Lead Litigation Attorney for the Division of TennCare’s Appeals Unit. She also previously clerked for the Honorable Judge Richard Dinkins of the Tennessee Court of Appeals for the Middle District of Tennessee. Angela’s passion for litigation and the law will truly aid her clients as she works to zealously advocate for them.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband, Taurean, and their daughter, Tinsley, family and friends. Additionally, she enjoys traveling and reading in her spare time.
