Attorney Douglas R. Bergeron
Doug is a civil litigator along with an adviser to the firm’s insurance clients. Doug obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, where he majored in Finance. Among many accomplishments, he played on the university men’s basketball team and was vice president of the Finance Club. He obtained his J.D. from University of Memphis.
Doug’s practice is concentrated primarily in the following areas: insurance tort defense, insurance coverage and bad faith, workers’ compensation and business and commercial representation. He is trained as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Civil Mediator.
During his limited free time, Doug enjoys visiting with family and undertaking home improvement projects.
